This notice has been prepared under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”)
to inform you about the personal data collected through this website, which is operated by
Trigon Kreatif.

What data do we collect?

The site has a single data collection point: the contact / quote form.
When you fill in the form, the following is recorded:

  • Full name — so we can address you and know who the quote is prepared for
  • Email address — to send you the quote and our reply
  • Phone (optional) — only if you provide it
  • Service you are interested in (optional)
  • Your message
  • The file you upload (optional) — a brief, brand guidelines, etc.

In addition, the following is recorded technically to prevent abuse:

  • Your IP address — to limit excessive submissions from the same address
  • Browser information (user-agent) — to tell automated bot submissions apart

Outside the form, data about your visit is collected only to the extent you give cookie consent.
If you do not consent, no tracking runs other than strictly necessary cookies (see the «Cookies» section below).

For what purposes do we process data?

  • To respond to your request and prepare a quote
  • To communicate with you
  • To prevent abuse of the form (spam/bots)

Your data is not added to a marketing list, is not sold, and is not shared with third
parties.

Where is your data stored?

Form submissions are kept in the database on the server where the site is hosted. Files you upload
are stored on the server in a folder that is not directly accessible from the internet,
under randomly generated names; only the site administrator can access them.

Hosting is provided by Hostinger. Notification emails are delivered through the
company email server.

How long do we keep it?

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of collection requires and for the limitation periods
set by the relevant legislation:

  • Requests that do not lead to anything: If a request you send through the form does not turn into a
    business relationship, the records and any files you uploaded are deleted after 2 years.
  • If a business relationship arises: Records relating to contracts, invoices and commercial correspondence
    are kept for 10 years under the limitation periods in Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 art. 82 and
    Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.
  • Your cookie consent: The cookie that stores your choice is kept for 12 months;
    after that your preference is asked again.
  • Technical records (IP, browser information): deleted within 1 year at the latest,
    once the purpose of preventing abuse no longer applies.

At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under the KVKK

Under KVKK art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed,
to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
to request deletion or destruction, and to request compensation for damage if you believe the
processing is unlawful.

Cookies

Three groups of cookies may be used on the site:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to work
    (session, security, remembering your cookie preference). Your consent is not
    sought for these; the site does not work without them.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages are viewed and
    how visitors move through the site. They run only if you
    consent    .
  • Marketing cookies — used to measure ad performance and
    to show you more relevant ads. They run only if you consent.

You will see a cookie notice on your first visit. Until you consent,
no cookies other than strictly necessary ones are run and
analytics/marketing tools are not loaded. Refusing consent is as easy as
accepting it.

You can change your preference at any time: just click the
«Cookie Settings» link at the bottom of the page.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

When analytics and marketing tools run, your data may be transferred to the servers
of the relevant service provider (e.g. Google, Meta), and this transfer may take place abroad. These tools
are activated only with your consent.
