For most businesses, the sales problem isn't a lack of interest. The ads work, the messages come in, the phone rings — but very few of the people who reach out end up buying. The reason is usually this: sales runs as a person-dependent skill, not a process. The conversation depends on whoever happens to answer, nobody asks the same questions, an unanswered message disappears after a few days, and no one knows where the incoming interest goes. What we do in sales consulting is close that gap: we define the flow from first contact to close, put the conversation into written scripts, log incoming interest, and remove the uncertainty about what the team should do at each step. The goal isn't more traffic; it's more sales from the same traffic.
Process first, tools second
Before setting up any new tool, we map how sales actually runs: where interest comes from, who answers, which questions get asked, where the decision gets stuck. Adding software to a poorly defined process only speeds up the problem.
The conversation doesn't depend on one person
We prepare scripts for the first message, handling objections, the pricing conversation and closing. Everyone on the team works from the same framework, so the gap between one person's good day and bad day doesn't show up in sales. A script isn't a mold; it's a map so you don't get lost.
Incoming interest doesn't get lost
Every contact is logged: where it came from, what was discussed, at which step. A lead that isn't followed up hasn't just gone unsold — it's been lost, and preventing that is the system's real job.
Problem
Does any of this sound familiar?
Leads arrive but the process after them is improvised.
The ads work, but there are no sales
The budget is spent and messages come in, but there's no conversion. The problem is assumed to be the ads; it is usually what happens after the message.
Everyone talks differently
The same question gets three different answers from three people. The customer hesitates, goes off to compare and doesn't come back.
Messages that aren't followed up
Unanswered or half-finished conversations are forgotten within days. The ad budget you already paid for melts away right there.
The price conversation opens too early
The conversation jumps to price before value has been explained; it turns into haggling and usually ends there.
Gut feeling instead of numbers
How many people wrote in, how many came to a conversation, how many bought — nobody knows. If you don't know where you lose them, you don't know what to fix.
New salespeople take a long time to settle in
A new hire learns the process by watching. With no written framework, every newcomer starts over with trial and error.
A written process, defined stages and a handover that does not depend on one person remembering.
How we work
Step by step
No surprises. At every stage you know what we're doing and what comes next.
-
01
We map the current flow
We record as it is where interest comes from, who answers and how conversations progress. If available, we review past conversations and the reasons for lost opportunities.
-
02
We define the funnel
We clarify the steps from first contact to close and the exit condition of each step. It is never unclear when a conversation moves to the next step or when it is closed.
-
03
We write the scripts
We prepare conversation scripts for the first message, discovery questions, handling objections, the price presentation and closing. They differ by channel: the sentence you write on WhatsApp is not the same as the one you say on the phone.
-
04
Lead capture and follow-up routine
We set up where incoming interest is collected and how it is followed up. Who is responsible for which conversation and when to get back to them becomes defined.
-
05
We work with the team
We go through the process and scripts with the team and rehearse on real conversations. A system that stays on paper has no value.
-
06
We measure and adjust
Conversion is tracked step by step: how many contacts, how many conversations, how many sales. We prioritize the step where the most is lost and revise the script or the flow there.

Outcome
What you get out of it
More sales from the same budget
Without increasing traffic, a larger share of incoming interest turns into sales.
Less dependence on individuals
Sales runs on a defined process, not on one person's performance.
No lead falls through
Every contact is logged and followed up; no conversation is forgotten.
New salespeople settle in fast
Thanks to the written flow and scripts, a new hire learns the process by reading, not by watching.
You know where you are losing
Step-by-step measurement shows whether the problem is in the ads, the conversation or the price.
Ads and sales speak the same language
What the ad promises is what the conversation delivers, so the loss caused by mismatched expectations goes away.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does sales consulting do? Do you provide training?
Training is part of the work, but not all of it. What we actually do is build the sales process: where interest comes from, who answers, which questions are asked, how objections are handled and how the close is made all become a written flow. Conversation scripts, a lead capture routine and a follow-up system are parts of that flow. Working with the team is part of it too — not to explain a system that stays on paper, but to run the one we build.
I have a small team, and sometimes I do the selling myself. Is it still necessary?
This is usually where it helps most. When one person does the selling, the process lives in their head; when things get busy or a second person joins, that knowledge can't be passed on. A written flow and set of scripts becomes a foundation you won't have to rebuild from scratch when the team grows. And even in a one-person business, a message that isn't followed up is simply a loss.
Won't using conversation scripts sound artificial?
It would if read word for word — so we don't set it up that way. A script is not a line from a play; it's the framework of the conversation: when to ask which question, being prepared for common objections and at which point to move on to price. People are expected to speak in their own words; the script's job is not to make the conversation memorized but to keep it from falling apart.
Are ad management and sales consulting the same thing?
No, they are sequential jobs. Ads bring interest; sales consulting determines what happens to that interest once it arrives. A situation we often see: the ads work well, the inbox fills up, but sales don't grow. In a case like that, raising the budget only makes the loss bigger. You can take both services together or separately; we'll tell you which is needed first by looking at your current numbers.
How soon will I see results?
Setting up the process and preparing the scripts is a few weeks' work. On results, let's be honest: the first difference usually shows up as a drop in the number of leads that go unfollowed, because that's the fastest item to fix. For a change in conversion rate to be read meaningfully, enough conversations need to accumulate — this varies by sector and volume. We don't promise you a percentage up front; we set up the measurement and show you step by step where you are losing.
Do you do the selling for us?
No. Your team does the selling; we build the process, write the scripts, set up the follow-up routine and work alongside the team. You know your product and your customer best; our contribution is to turn that knowledge into a repeatable system.
