Goldcity Condominium — Live-Data Presentation App for Real Estate Agents

The app was designed to work inside the sales conversation: sitting with a client, the agent can show projects, units and their current status from a single screen. Web and mobile — We chose Flutter because a single codebase produces both web and mobile; at this scale, two separate teams and two separate maintenance lines would have been unnecessary cost. The data is live: unlike circulating PDFs and screenshots, the information shown is up to date every time the app is opened. We made a simple decision on distribution: the app didn't need to be in the app stores. The user base is defined and closed — the affiliated agents — and most of the work happens in the browser. Agents with tablets receive the latest version directly as an APK; store approvals and release delays never came into play. Interface — The design constraint was the field, not the desk: the app is opened in front of the client. So the screens were kept legible with large tap targets, and no deep menus were built; the agent can jump to any project without interrupting the conversation. The multilingual interface comes from the same place — the buyer audience is not monolingual.
