References form the backbone of the site: since a visitor's first question is "what has this company built", the project archive opens one click from the home page. Site — It was built as a custom theme on a lightweight, page-builder-free infrastructure. The home page carries the pre-sales trust structure on a single page: a hero slider, company metrics (50+ completed projects, 3 cities, 99% satisfaction), service cards, a four-step process explanation and an FAQ. All images were optimized as WebP. Project archive — The heart of the work. Nine residential projects are presented with an "Ongoing / Completed" filter; each project has its own detail page and photo gallery. A prospective client can browse from Garden İstanbul's sample villa to delivered projects in two clicks. Services and content — Separate service pages were set up for architectural design, interior design and consulting; a news section and a blog infrastructure were added for launch announcements. The copy uses language that speaks to local searches in Tire and İzmir. Panel — The company can manage all content without coding knowledge: projects, news and form requests from a single panel. SEO and performance were optimized from the start: clean URL structure, schema markup, image optimization and caching. Conversion — The layer that ties the visitor to a conversation: a quote form where a project can be selected (with KVKK consent), phone and appointment calls to action, and newsletter sign-up for launch announcements.
