Request / Brief

The brand's audience had been built on Instagram and TikTok; the brief was a store where that attention could turn into sales, and ongoing management to keep feeding it. The behaviour of a visitor coming from this channel is distinct: they look for the product they saw in the content, and leave if they can't find it. So the store had to put seasonal series and collections up front, and information that speeds up the decision, such as shipping and price, had to be visible. The job was also not a one-off setup — product entry, collection updates and campaign setup would be carried out on a regular basis.

Work done

The brand's audience is built on Instagram and TikTok; the behaviour of a visitor coming from this channel is distinct: they look for the product they saw in the content, and leave if they can't find it. The setup was designed around that. E-commerce — The collection architecture was built around shopping behaviour: tops, bottoms and seasonal collections can be browsed separately, and seasonal series are featured on the home page. Store management is not a one-off setup; product entry, collection updates and campaign setup are carried out on a regular basis. Shopify and web — The store was built on Shopify. The theme was customised with product page speed in mind; the visitor from social media is on mobile data and impatient, so load time is directly a sales matter. Interface — Information that speeds up the purchase decision, such as the shipping and price guarantee, was kept visible on every page. On the product page, size and variant selection is handled on a single screen; the path to the cart was shortened. Ads — The Meta campaigns were set up in line with the social content: the product seen in the ad is found in the store without searching. A product catalogue and conversion measurement were set up; which collection sells is known from data, not guesswork.

Outcome

In the first seven months of work that began in January 2026, the store received 85,954 sessions and 68,275 unique visitors. In 3,217 sessions from this traffic an item was added to the cart, 2,032 reached the payment step and 768 orders were completed — roughly a quarter of those who added to the cart went on to buy. Total sales were ₺1,029,011, the average order value was ₺1,161; net sales after returns were ₺815,100. The ad budget was opened up gradually: it started at ₺750 per day in January, was raised to ₺1,000 in March and to ₺1,200 in the last two months. 1,648,812 people were reached, with 5,111,062 impressions and 120,692 clicks. Shopify's source breakdown shows 292 orders and ₺359,950 in sales from social media. Some orders are recorded in Shopify as "direct" — visits coming from in-app browsers often don't carry source information. So the ads' total contribution lies somewhere between these two figures; giving a single ROAS number would be misleading.
